Data protection declaration
This data protection declaration clarifies the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of visitor/user data by the provider as the person responsible under data protection law.

Personal data is information that can be used to learn your identity. This includes your name, address, postal address and telephone number. Information that is not associated with your identity (such as the number of users of a website) is not included. As a matter of principle, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity.
There are logs for the statistical evaluation of website traffic. These contain the accessed URLs and IP addresses. Data that may allow identification (IP address) is not stored permanently. We cannot draw any conclusions about the user himself, but only statistically record how often which page was called up and where these calls came from, e.B. via Google search.
When you request information, order e-books, or make other requests, we ask for your name and other personal information. It is up to you to decide whether to enter this data. We store your information on protected servers. Access to it is only possible for a few authorized persons. They are responsible for the technical, commercial or editorial support of the content and servers.
Insofar as the usage or traffic data is required for our services, it will be stored for a maximum of six months after collection. If the data is required to fulfil existing statutory, statutory or contractual retention periods (e.B invoices), this data will also be stored beyond this. However, this data is blocked and only accessible to a few authorized persons.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
We only use your personal information to respond to your inquiries. We do not pass on the data to third parties without your consent. To the extent that we are required to do so by law or by court order, we will transmit your data to information bodies.
The data of the users will only be forwarded to third parties if this is permitted by law. This is the case, for example, if the forwarding of the data serves to fulfil contractual obligations towards the user and the postal address is handed over to a forwarding company after a shop order.
Collection of access data
We collect data about access to the online offer. The access data includes log data when accessing the website (name of the website, date and time, browser type, user’s operating system, referrer URL, IP address).
We use the log data without assignment to the user only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the online offer.

This means that the IP address of users is being shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address to a server of Google in the USA is transferred and cut there. The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser will not be merged with other Google data.
