Saxony-Anhalt / Harz will now publish a concept for the gradual opening of gastronomic and tourist
facilities from a corona incidence of less than 100.

Safety and cleanliness

The well-being of all our loved ones, our employees and of course you as our guests,
is very close to our hearts. So we can assure you that you can rely on absolute cleanliness, as you are used to from
us, as well as on compliance with the distance and hygiene rules in our family-run holiday
homes.

Duration of stay

We ask for your understanding that currently our holiday homes can only be booked with a minimum stay of 5 days – 7 days due to the greatly increased effort.

Arrivals and departures

We ask you to comply with the arrival times (13.00 – 14.00) in our office (same property / An der Holtemme)
in order to be able to give you a pleasant start to your holiday.

Please inform us by phone in good time, if there is a delay, for example due to the
traffic situation.

We kindly ask you to note in the ramen of your booking that an arrival in the evening hours is not possible due to the
special situation.
